helpful staff clean hotel rude attendant uncomfortable mattress
the staff was helpful. i thoroughly enjoyed breakfast. the hotel was lovely and clean.
the overnight desk attendant was very rude. the mattress was very uncomfortable. i asked to change our transport and the guy acted like it was my fault we got delayed.

really good Stay IN Trastevere
fantastic location fresh options tranquil oasis
the location was fantastic, just a short walk to many attractions, and i found many dining options nearby. the breakfast provided a good start to each day, with a variety of fresh options available. the hotel grounds feature a beautiful courtyard shaded by orange trees. i really appreciated the attentive staff, ALWAYS ready to assist with any needs.
The street noise at night was noticeable, which occasionally disturbed my sleep. Earplugs might be useful for light sleepers.

relaxing spot orange trees water pressure uncomfortable mattress rude attendant flight delay
The breakfast was varied and quite tasty. The courtyard with orange trees offered a relaxing spot in the afternoons.. this was especially welcome. Our room offered good water pressure in the shower. The staff provided really good service throughout my stay.
The mattress in the room was not very comfortable. One desk attendant was quite rude when i requested a change to my transport. This happened because my flight experienced a delay of three hours. The noise from nearby parties persisted past midnight.

the staff helped a lot with luggage. they also assisted with taxis and gave good restaurant recommendations. they even offered coffee when the kitchen was closed. it was a lovely gesture that i appreciated.
the overnight desk attendant was not friendly at all. i asked to change our transport because our flight got delayed. the attendant acted like it was my fault. it was quite upsetting after a long day of travel

I appreciated the convenient parking arrangement. The hotel secured one of its two spots for my car. breakfast included a fantastic happy hour buffet with varied antipasti. the location felt safe, with controlled access at all times. staff members helped with luggage and arranged taxis. This.
the overnight desk attendant was not very helpful when i needed to change my transport due to a flight delay, but this was a minor issue overall.
